Download the app

The Android app adds two things the web cannot — a home-screen widget and device push.

Installing

1. 1Open the downloaded APK.
2. 2If Android warns about an unknown source, allow installs from this browser once. That prompt is Android asking about any app from outside the store.
3. 3Open the app and enter your server address, or open the invite link your family sent you.

After the first install the app handles its own updates — Settings ▸ App checks, downloads, and opens the installer for you.

iPhone and iPad

There is no iPhone app. Open the site in Safari and use Share ▸ “Add to Home Screen” to run it like an app; opened from the home screen it can receive notifications too (iOS 16.4+). Widgets are Android only.
